Whether it's to feel better about yourself, lose body fat, tone and strengthen or build some general fitness, I can help you with my one to one bespoke personal training sessions. I travel to you at your home, workplace, or local outside space. The sessions usually last approx 60 mins

My Personal Training sessions are the best way to focus on the goals you wish to achieve, but also to find and maintain time for exercise in your daily routine. To find the right exercises for you. I bring elements of my Pilates and Yoga training to my one on one sessions also if appropriate.

Are you over 55yrs?
If you are over 55 years of age and worried that Personal Training may not be suited to you then you couldn't be more wrong.
I am an older adult exercise specialist and cater my sessions for the older adult around any health issues, mobility problems, and joint issues etc. With a focus on building muscle tone, strength, and cardiovascular fitness, an essential element of our health as we all age. Keeping fit as we get older helps ward off chronic disease and means we live longer and healthier lives.
