Yoga Classes
Whether you are an experienced yogi or completely new to yoga you are welcome to join my classes. They are a blend of Hatha and Flow Yoga and are suitable for all levels. Join one of my classes and feel your body stretch, bend and release, to benefit your health and promote a healthier, stronger body.
The practice involves breath, body, and mind, and classes are usually 60 minutes to 90 minutes of breathing, yoga poses, and meditation.
